Affordable Senior Housing 

Residents enjoy a range of amenities, including on-site management, a spacious community room, an exercise room, and coin-operated laundry facilities. The property is designated as non-smoking, and water, sewer, and garbage (W/S/G) are covered by the owner. To qualify for residency at The Lodge at Eureka, applicants must be at least 62 years old and meet specific income restrictions, which are based on a percentage of the Area Median Income (AMI) for the county. Tenants must have an income at or below the designated AMI percentage for their household size.
