The River Bluff Cottages are a 26 unit affordable housing complex for featuring studios, one and two-bedroom apartments.

Amenities include on-site management, a large community dining, kitchen, rec, and computer room. Onsite resident service coordinator and coin-op laundry facilities. Designated as a nonsmoking property. W/S/G is paid by the owner.

Eligibility

To be eligible to live at the River Bluff Cottages you must meet certain income-level restrictions. Income levels are measured as a percentage of AMI, the Area Median Income.
