The proposed development is a comprehensive four-story multi-family senior housing project featuring 49 residential units, with 48 designated as affordable housing, spread across 51,876 SF of air-conditioned space. Built with three stories of wood frame construction on a concrete podium level, the building offers a mix of one studio unit, 40 one-bedroom units, and 8 two-bedroom units, complemented by a 19,824 SF parking garage providing 38 parking stalls (27 private resident spaces and 11 shared with town use). The development emphasizes community living with amenities including an interior courtyard, professional leasing office, common areas, resident lounge, and community kitchen for social activities. Significant infrastructure improvements encompass a pedestrian-friendly woonerf street design, underground electrical infrastructure relocation, partial public sewer system rerouting, and additional site enhancements as specified in the approval conditions.
