The development will focus on large families and aims to secure competitive 4% LIHTC/CDLAC funding, benefiting from recent Bay Area awards. The financial plan includes Mountain View’s Housing Trust Funds and additional support from the Silicon Valley Housing Trust for predevelopment and permanent funding. The design features a 6-story building with underground parking, and the ground floor will include leasing and tenant service spaces alongside residential units.
