MULTI-FAMILY AFFORDABLE HOUSING 

Located in West Sacramento's Southport Neighborhood, the Lake Washington Affordable Multifamily Housing project provides 152 affordable housing units across 5 floors. The 147,574SF building includes 42 one-bedroom, 70 two-bedroom, and 40 three-bedroom units, with one unit reserved for a building manager. The project offers 159 parking spaces including EV charging stations, ADA-compliant spots, and bike parking facilities. The development features two L-shaped buildings connected by bridges, creating a central courtyard. Each building section includes a lobby, elevator, and stairs, with five-story east-west wings and four-story north-south wings. Balcony towers provide private outdoor spaces while enhancing the building's street-level appeal. This project addresses affordable housing needs while building a community in West Sacramento's Southport neighborhood through thoughtful design and resident-focused amenities.
