Multi Family Affordable Housing 

To qualify for a home at Creamery Row, families must meet specific income restrictions, based on a percentage of the county's Area Median Income (AMI). This project was brought to life by the collaborations of Danco Communities, Community Revitalization & Development Corporation, Danco Builders, the Department of Housing & Community Development, the California Tax Credit Allocation Committee, Raymond James, Citi Bank, and the City of Arcata, all working together to provide homes for those in need.
