Coliseum Commons

Located on 0.83 acres at 4801 Coliseum Way, Oakland, the conversion created 36 studio apartments, with an additional manager's unit bringing the total to 37 homes. A 1,000 sq. ft. community lounge offered residents a space for connection. Outdoor spaces, including a dedicated activities area and a smoking zone, were accessible to all residents. Each unit was equipped with kitchenettes—complete with stovetop, sink, and refrigerator. A new building at the edge of the parking lot housed offices for on-site service providers, ensuring residents received the support they needed to thrive.
