Usted debe tener por lo menos 62 años o tener alguna discapacidad para aplicar a esta propiedad.

Para ser elegible para vivir en Plaza Point, debe tener por lo menos 62 años y cumplir con ciertas restricciones de niveles de ingreso. Niveles de ingreso son medidos como un porcentaje de AMI, el Ingreso Medio del Área. Los inquilinos deben tener un nivel de ingresos no mayor a cierto porcentaje de AMI.

Cottages at Cypress ha sido posible gracias a la colaboración entre Danco Communities, Community Revitalization Y Development Corporation, Danco Builders, USDA Rural Development, California Tax Credit Allocation Committee y la ciudad de Fort Bragg.

Overview

Cottages at Cypress is a twenty-five unit, single-story affordable housing project for seniors earning 50% or less of the Area Median Income. The project is in the process of achieving multiple green building certifications, including LEED for Homes - Platinum. Cottages at Cypress is located at 330 Cypress Street in Fort Bragg, CA. Construction began in May of 2013 and was completed in February 2014. Accepted applicants began moving in February 2014.
