The Phyllis Rex Samoa Coast Townhomes is an 80 unit affordable housing project with apartments and townhomes for families. Located on the Samoa Peninsula overlooking the Humboldt Bay and designed to meet the needs of families and those with disabilities.

Eligibility

To be eligible to live at the Phyllis Rex Samoa Townhomes, you must meet certain income-level restrictions. Income levels are measured as a percentage of AMI, the Area Median Income. Tenants must have an income level at or less than a the percentage of AMI based on the unit for which the tenant is applying
