Parkside Apartments features three main components: affordable housing, community services, and outdoor amenities.

The project includes: a. 64 residential units across five two-story buildings, with nearby amenities including parking, basketball court, and picnic areas. b. A 2,111 sq ft community building with kitchen, office, exercise room, and ADA-compliant laundry facility, plus an adjacent 1,901 sq ft tot lot.
