The Danco Group is looking to add a CFO (Chief Financial Officer) to our team. Ideal candidates will work collaboratively with the management team while overseeing company financial growth. This is a senior level management position requiring honesty and integrity. The candidate will report directly to the President of the organization.

The duties and responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to the following: managing several accounting functions, preparing, and analyzing financial statements, preparing, and monitoring the budgeting process, financial analysis, and reporting, assisting the treasury management team in finance, insurance, bonding and banking relations, job cost reporting and projections. To qualify for this job the candidate is required to have accounting experience. Emphasis on construction finance and job cost reporting is a plus.

Other key responsibilities:

• Partnering with the President and senior leadership team on operational and strategic issues as they arise; provide strategic recommendations based on financial analysis and projections.

• Develop and promote a framework to drive financial accountability across the organization; provide timely and meaningful analysis and reporting to operational leaders.

• Administration of taxation planning and compliance, including federal, state/local, as well as sales and use.

• Performs general cost accounting and other related duties for the organization.

• Prepares monthly balance sheets, income statements, and profit and loss statements.

• Maintains the general ledger.

• Oversight of construction insurance and surety bonding and other elements of risk management.

• Coordinates with software vendor to maintain accounting software systems; recommends updates to enhance the accounting software.

• Develop and monitor policies and procedures within General Accepted Accounting Principles and corporate guidelines to ensure sufficient cash flow, reduce operating costs, and increase revenues within a multi-company, project-based environment.

• Advise on contract negotiations from a financial impact perspective.

• Maintain external relationships with banks, auditors, and third-party vendors.

An ideal candidate must have:

• Proven experience as Controller or CFO equivalent in a professional services or construction organization.
• Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or MBA is a plus.

Resumen:

El Clínico ofrece tratamiento de salud del comportamiento a pacientes, con énfasis en trauma, dependencia y adicción. Como parte de este tratamiento, usted dará evaluaciones clínicas, plan de tratamiento, terapia individual y de grupo y administración del caso. El Clínico es responsable del cuidado de los pacientes a su cargo y además va a ofrecer apoyo al cuidado de otras mujeres que están en tratamiento.

Cualificaciones Mínimas:

• Masters en Clinical Social work, Psicología, terapia o campo relacionado;
• Licencia vigente Clínica de Colorado (LCSW, LPC, LMFT);
• Preferiblemente CACII, CACIII o LAC;
• Tres años de experiencia clínica ofreciendo cuidado de trauma;
• Experiencia trabajando en tratamiento de adicción;
• Experiencia y conocimiento en servicios directos de salud del comportamiento, incluyendo evaluaciones, tratamiento y consulta;
• Conocimiento de los principios de diversas modalidades de terapia y diagnóstico;
• Conocimiento y la habilidad para aplicar teorías y técnicas de terapia y diagnóstico a una amplia y diversa gama de pacientes;
• Excelente habilidad de comunicación oral y escrita;
• Habilidad para utilizar Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) y programas y herramientas de administración de datos.

Responsabilidades y Capacidades:

• Ofrecer terapia individual y de grupo de acuerdo con los planes individuales de tratamiento y cumpliendo con los estándares profesionales;
• Hacer remisiones de tratamiento y servicio social a las agencias adecuadas que apoyan las metas de nuestros clientes;
• Crear, mantener y enviar récords y documentos exactos y a tiempo;
• Ofrecer servicios de crisis cuando sea necesario;
• Tomar turnos para estar disponible (on-call) cuando sea necesario;
• Evaluación clínica, plan de tratamiento, administración de caso, consulta, remisión y educación;
• Mantener documentación, archivos de clientes y estadísticas, según sea requerido por las políticas de la agencia y quienes ofrecen la financiación;
• Supervisión y reporte del director Clínico;
• Asistir a las reuniones de personal, reuniones de supervisión y otros eventos requeridos;
• Priorizar el uso de mejores prácticas basadas en evidencia, incluyendo la investigación de tendencias de programación y prácticas actuales.
